Such as flight insurance work works with medical conditions?
My doctor told me, however, have become vacant after the surgery my situation even worse and now I can not fly, fly. I have on my ticket purchase insurance, however, there is a clause on the existing conditions. While my condition was present before my trip can be waived if my doctor said I was good enough to fly and later unstable?

I’d say you can.
The pre-existing medical conditions clause really relates to medical emergencies that may arise during your trip. eg if you have cancer and then you book your tickets, its gets worse and you can’t leave the country or it gets worse while you are overseas and you require emergency treatment. you can’t claim in those circumstances.
However I’d have a look at the wording of your policy. If it excludes pre-existing medical conditions AND complications arising from treatment of such (as some do) then you may not be able to claim.
but I’d argue that as the doctor Ok’d you to fly the bottom line is you bought these tickets in good faith and now your circumstances have changed.
I think you could argue it… good luck!
