What are some cute hotels in San Francisco?
I need to find hotels that fit these requirements:
-not too expensive ($350 and under)
-atleast 3 stars, chic (can be boutique as well!)
-good location
-optimal place for a family with teenagers

Check out Hotel 480.
1) Standard Room start at $139, Junior Suites – at $199.
2) A 3-star property, offering boutique accommodations in Union Square.
3) Located in Union Square, central to many attractions and things to do. With the hotel’s convenient location you are better off not renting a car to avoid high parking rates and driving. The cable car stop is at the entrance of the hotel and taxis are everywhere.
4) 44 junior suites with magnificent city and bay views, feature a sofa sleeper and a refrigerator, ideal for families.
San Francisco is my ideal vacation destination, romantic or family, I hope it will become yours too :-)

I’m not sure which “star” rating you want. Frommer’s rating only goes to three stars, so their two stars are excellent hotels as well, and even one star places are “recommended”.

The Fairmont Hotel is the ultimate hotel, and at your price range there are a good number of rooms. I’m not sure what you mean by “chic,” but it’s definitely glamorous.
