What ski resort to stay at in Utah?
I was looking to live in Utah for the year and work. ( Mostly play though, boarding/skiing, climbing, hiking) I am from Ohio. Just curious where people think they would most likely stay between snowbird and deer valley.

deer valley is expensive and grooms most of their runs but when it snows there is some great powder. Park City is a really good resort too that isn’t that expensive. They have every thing from groomed to parks to powder. between deer valley and snowbird I would go with snowbird it is a little harder than deer valley though in the way of skiing but is probably cheaper.

Snowbird and Deer Valley have limited accommodation actually in the resort, particularly if you are looking at staying for a year. Deer Valley in particular is quite pricey and Snowbird aint cheap.
Park City is a bigger town close to Deer Valley (and a few other resorts). Salt Lake City is a proper big city with proper city facilities including year long rentals and is about 30 minutes drive from Snowbird (depending where in town you live, and subject to Little Cottonwood Canyon not being closed for avalanche control). I would think about those two options.
