It’s probably real, but you will probably have to be above a certain age, and income. And you’ll have 2 days of the hard sell. So if you can put up wth that go for it! And read ALL small print!
P.S. I wouldn’t bother, myself. (just my opinion)

i wouldnt call it a scam, it is clever marketing though
they have you do this but you have to stay in their hotel or tour their resort or something similar. Also many times it is a timeshare thing where they pressure you into buying a time share so i would say ignore it.
It will probably cost you more than just a regular booked cruise
