Many boat cruises are originating in Venice. As the previous person said the best is to check the site she offers.
Boat, usually stop in Dubrovnik, Corfu, Katakolo, Patmos, Santorini, Mykonos,Kushadashi or some other Turkish port. Depending on season and duration, there are a lot of different combinations. So check with the companies.

Please look up the possible cruises for yourself, there are just too many to list them all.

You can then research the individual cruises instead of just fishing for information here.
BTW, most people do not bother with a cruise, they catch ferries as they need them and stay in hotels in between for their trip to Greece from Italy.
