What is there to do around Niagara Falls, NY?

My friend and I are planning a road trip through Canada to spend two days in Niagara Falls, NY. We were wondering if anyone knew of any other interesting things to do while we were in town? Besides seeing Niagara Falls, of course.

There are casinos on both US & Canadian sides. You can also visit the cave of the winds on the US side, there are also a number of historic sites such as Fort Niagara on the US side.

The NY/US side is the best way to see the falls you can buy a pass to see all the exhibits and they have a tram connecting all the things that you can do (Maid of the mist, observation Tower, aquarium, imax movie, Cave of the winds and others) and it is a really great deal. The Ny side is also very shabby and I would stay on the Canadian side because there are much nicer hotels.

you really should see the falls from the canadian side at night there are huge lights and it is beautiful!!!!
