Sounds like a spun hub. A prop repair shop can fix that, you can’t.
You can easily remove and replace the prop yourself. If you have a spare, even better. An adjustable wrench that will fit the prop nut, a screwdriver and pliers to bend down locking tabs (on some models), remove the cotter pin, unscrew the prop nut. Pull off old prop and thrust washer, put a bit of grease on the shaft and replace with spare or rebuilt prop and reverse assembly. Sometimes you mangle the cotter pin and need to replace it and sometimes you need some shim washers if putting on a different prop.If you use the rebuilt one, it’s much simpler.
