Where can i buy plane tickets to Aarhus,Denmark at a cheap price?

I heard that I can buy plane tickets starting at $400 because their are some people that buy tickets and return them. I was wondering what website i can go to, to buy one of those refundable tickets asap

The best bet is to get a flight to Copenhagen and then a cheap internal flights with SAS or Cimber Sterling (about 35 mins flight time).
Or another option is a train from Copenhagen to Aarhus (about 3 hours journey time).

To get to Aarhus you have to fly to Copenhagen and get a taxi. Hopefully one who knows where they’re going unlike the one I got. My guesses at directions were better than his.
