what to do in the Poconos and where to go I need help?

I want to take my boyfriend to the Poconos for his bday in Feb for a weekend but I dont know where to start. . . he mentioned he always wanted to get a cabin and learn how to ski so i would really want to incorporate these things but i also want it to be romantic. . . any help would be greatly appreciated it. .
we are in our late 20′s and we live in NY if this and we are open to anything really hope this info helps

Since I’m not going all out on a traditional wedding, I’m willing to pay more for a very nice all inclusive resort. Hi. I just bought a BMW 135i Convertible. Where can I find cheap car insurance for this car? I’ve checked the major ones like Geico but the quotes they list out are pretty expensive in my opinion.
Note: Didn’t get a 7 Series. Changed my mind at the last minute.

In college, not covered by my parent’s insurance and can’t get it at my job. Is there any sort of programs where College age students can get a relatively cheap dental insurance, or dental work done on the cheap?
If it helps, I’m in Oklahoma.
I’m willing to use charity organizations if they’re willing to help, but I wouldn’t know who to contact. Any info you could supply would be helpful.

Has anyone had to call their insurance company from abroad? Touch wood I have never had to me but it confuses me why my travel insurance document does not include the international dial or an ‘emergency contact’ number. Why do they do this?
