Should God offer weekend breaks in Hell?
You know, show the unbelievers the eternal damnation that awaits them, give them something to think about?

I’ve known Christians that were Christians after dreams of going to hell, so does that count?
Interesting too, C. S. Lewis told a tale in his book, The Great Divorce, of people in hell permitted to travel to heaven for a time. It was a sort of vacation for those in hell, sort of. As Lewis depicted it, heaven was too uncomfortable for the souls assigned to hell. Things were too bright, colors painfully sharp, sounds too loud, and even walking upon the grass of heaven hurt their feet. Unfortunately, in real life, there are people who profess no desire to go to heaven, shared by others whose lives would find themselves very uncomfortable in heaven. Where else would be suitable for them?

the question was “should God offer weekend brakes in Hell” so that means they would already be in Hell..if they were i would not think that he sould…part of the punishment IS to never be able to get out…and if u were askin if god should show the unbelievers that r still alive what Hell will b like…no…they should wanna make the decision on there own…that is y he dosent already…
what religion r u?

LOL That’s an amusing thought. My belief (and a common one among Catholic theologians) is that Hell is the state after death of being in the complete absence of God by having turned your back completely on God’s love, mercy, and forgiveness. Working from that premise, God wouldn’t offer such glimpses because God never ever ever turns God’s back on creation.
