im having a mla-dvo flight this march 19 and i have a lot of excess baggage. im canvassing which has a heavier baggage allowance and a cheaper excess baggage rate. .
i believe shipping from toronto (door to door) will take 6 weeks. i don’t have that luxury of time. is there a local courrier near the airport? so i can just make it door to door from manila to davao (via sea)?
