You can get them for 35,000 – 45,000 in some area like Umm al Nar, Between the Two Bridges, and some areas of airport road. Look at the smaller buildings.

Locations depends on what is best for you regarding distance to work etc.. Most areas are nice.

Abu Dhabi can be very expensive but there are some deals here and there.

According to today’s Gulfnews Properties Section, 1 Bedroom Hall Flat along Airport Road is Dhs. 55,000/year.

The best location to lie in Abu Dhabi is the nearest place to your work. Please dont be like in Dubai where people waste the 3 hrs of their 12 hrs on the road travelling just from their home to office and return….
