How do you find all inclusive trips?
Question : How do you find all inclusive trips?
How do you find all inclusive trips (drinks, food, everything) to either London or Mexico? Whenever I go to a website like orbitz or expedia they just include the flight and hotel, but nothing else. Any suggestions?
Best answer:
When you go to expedia.com there is a place to include trip type and you can select all inclusive. Here is the direct link: http://www.expedia.com/daily/vacations/all-inclusive-vacations/default.asp
Otherwise, I have had luck just searching all inclusive vacation packages right in to yahoo or google. Good Luck!
Go to the link that lovelife provided. Click on the green Book Now button. Select Mexico in the drop-down Destinations menu. You’ll find 25 resorts listed.
An all-inclusive resort is good if you’re staying in a hotel room or in a secluded area (like Neuvo Vallarta, which is about 15 miles north of the main shopping area of Puerto Vallarta, with nothing around but all-inclusive resorts). If you’re staying in a more populated or urban area in a vacation condo (with kitchen), I prefer the non-all-inclusive resorts.
In November, my wife and I are going to Cabo San Lucas for a week and we’re staying in a timeshare condo that’s all-inclusive optional. The resort is on the beach in a fairly urban area, with multiple grocery stores, restaurants, etc. So, we opted not to take the $180 a day all-inclusive option.
We actually did this for a couple of reasons: First, we wanted to sample the local cuisine. Second, we were disappointed in what the all-inclusive option offered. It only included certain meals at certain times in their restaurant, and it only included domestic (Mexican) alcoholic beverages. But, I’m a whiskey drinker and my wife likes gin. So, we’ll just get our alcohol at the grocery store, as well as snacks and stuff, and eat out at various restaurants in town. And, it will surely be less than the $180 per day.
