The best time to visit Puerto Rico depends on the nature of your vacation. The summers are quite warm and see a lot of rain. The peak season for tourists is between December and April. The period from April to December sees a slashing of rates up to 50%. If you wish to avoid the crowds tour the islands from May to November.

weather temp. its basically the same, the only difference is that in fall it rains more often, in beginning of spring it rains as well, and in summer is super hot, then in winter its kinda perfect, breeze at daytime (still hot) but at night it cools off.

The weather here is about the same year round. It’s cooler in the winter months, and very hot it the summer but we have no real defined rainy season. I wouldn’t vacation around any major holidays because the best attractions will be packed. I tend to vacation in February, it’s still nice and cool and the major holidays are over.
