Question: what are the requirements for boat insurance in florida?
would a 12′ composite skiff with a center console and 25hp need insurance or not because of it’s short length?

Yes you must have boat insurance. The length has no bearing on your need for insurance. I hope this helps. The cost will be much less than Auto insurance……..Good Luck!
