They recently launched EasyCruise.com. Its very no-frills (not much to do on the ship but eat cheap, drink and sleep). The cons are like I said, the lack of usual ameneties, but the pros are its cheap and you can build your own itinerary, so instead of starting/ending on their port, you choose the start/end port.
