Question: Do physically and mentally capable people have access to medial insurance through employers?
When I was young I learned pretty quick that if I wanted health care I needed to find a way to work for an employer that provided that benefit or make enough money to buy my own.

Does the same opportunity exist for all mentally and physically capable US citizens? Why/why not?
