Question: renters insurance in Washington DC for a SFH?
I have a tenant and I’m a landlord. I would like the tenant to get renters insurance at a reasonable rate. Is there a good agent in the Wash DC area who can help me?

CALL YOUR insurance firm; he gets more biz without advertising.

the insurance firms insure all areas…so, this will be a snap

[also, a trick I invented; create a document where by the
tenant gives his employer’s name and address/phone and
permission to contact and you get a PAYROLL deduction
document created so that the employer pays you direct.
