Okey, this is a hard one! Kenya, well it has a great number of varieties ranging from sports safari, game safaris, beach safaris and not to mention the people and their culture. If you are interested in layback and experience the african life Kenya is the place to go. Now Tanzania, it has more or less what Kenya has to offer, Masai Mara is in both countries. And the famous Serengeti is in Tanzania…. As I said, this question is a hard one. I am more of an adventurous person so I would mix both if money is no object! There are a zelion things in both countries. Each has its unique features. Any way, search the web and see what to expect. Check out kenyatravelideas.com and http://www.travel-kenya-info.com or http://www.magicalkenya.com this is the official website for tourist board in Kenya much info about what you could do in Kenya here. Much on Tanzania is covered by Wiki http://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanzania
Hope you find the information to help you make up your mind. And yes you can email me if you need more information about Kenya.

Kenya and Tanzania are pretty much pretty cool countries, together and side by side in sadness and in happier times. Both the countries have lots to offer. From the tropical beach resorts, game parks and five star hotels.
It all pretty much depends on what you are planning to do. Should you be interested in visiting the parks for wildlife and stuff, i’d definitely recommend Tanzania……we have the Serengeti national park, Ngorongoro crater, Ruaha game reserve, Selous national park, Tarangire national park, Manyara national park and so on. Plus most visitors to our neighbours get duped into thinking that the Kilimanjaro mountain is in Kenya while it is actually on the border but you can only climb it from the Tanzania side (www.safarilands.org for more info)
Kenyan’s do excel in coastal activities. Mombasa, in the south eastern parts of Kenya has some of the most admirable beach resorts in the region.
Tanzanians are also known for their charm, peace and hospitality. We are also best known for our ability to keep calm under pressure and argue/reason without pulling punches.
