Question: what are health insurance options for foreigners in the US?
Wife is not a US citizen, has no ability to get SS number. Is in US temporarily and needs Health Insurance coverage. Maybe some sort of traveller’s insurance?

I’ve lived here all my life. I was born here and can’t afford health care or any other kind of insurance. When you get the answer let me know. I have a girlfriend in the Philippines too. If I get her over here she will need something for when she has my kids.

A non-US citizen can get a regular insurance policy here in Florida as long as they have been a resident for one year. No ss# is now required. Has she been here one year? The insurance company will require proof such as a utility bill, bank statement etc. If she has been here in the US less than one year she will need travel insurance. See some websites below.
