To begin with, an international drivers license is not a stand alone document. It is merely a translation into several languages of your valid license that you carry with your real license. So in what country was your license?
I don’t know if your country will report the accidents or not since you didn’t say which it was, but I do know this. When you are added to insurance they will ask you about tickets and accidents. If you don’t tell them, and they do happen to find out (keep in mind they will run your records are certainly could find out if there is a public record of them) they will drop you for fraud.
the insurance companies do keep records but they don’t give that information to the department of motor vehicles of any state… Insurance companies are only responsible to inform them of cancellations.
If your international license was suspended then yes, you have a record by your name (no social security number needed) and the state(any state) will issue a temporary state driver license number so they can suspend your license. But if you didn’t get a ticket or a letter from the department of motor vehicles then… guess what….. it’s like it never happened so don’t tell them..
When you get the insurance just because your driver license was just issued they’ll think you have no experience driving and the insurance will be really expensive… Age, zip code, marital status and more will change the premium
