What will happen when India tours Australia in December?

India will end up being whitewashed in the Test series and lose heavily in the one day series. The reason for that is not that India have poor cricketers, but because the gruelling schedule that BCCI has drawn up is killing them. They have been playing cricket non-stop since June. Starting with a totally unnecessary series in Ireland, they went to England and played magnificently to win the Test series and fought well in the ODI series. When they should be savouring the victory over England, they were ordered to play in the T20 World Cup, which they ended up winning when there were no expectations. Did the BCCI allow them to celebrate this victory? No sir! They had to play Australia in a 7-match series just three days after the T20 final. The tired brave men made no noise, but just soldiered on without complaining and hoping that it would get over soon. Hoping for some rest before they embark on a long tour of Australia, they somehow got through this series. But the mandarins at the BCCI had a clever idea. Why make the team rest instead when they can make money during this time? So, they will have Pakistan coming over to play. Immediately after that, we will go to Australia. Now, after this stupid scheduling, how can you expect a team to perform to their potential when they have hardly had a break to retrospect and plan for the future fixtures. The BCCI cares about money and money alone. The players don’t complain because if they do, they think they will spoil their careers. These cricketers are resembling more like bonded labourers of the BCCI than skilled professionals who we look up to.
