Question: Which is the cheap and best Health insurance in USA?
I am looking for an insurance that would cover all my expenses taking from outpatient, doctor prescription, lab charges etc. almost with least charge to me.

My parents are retired and they use Kaiser Permanente and they think it’s great. I don’t know if it’s different for younger ppl.
