Question: Republicans, how do you come up with your fantasy land talking points?
Let’s revisit the days of George Walker Bush, your last president:

–needless war off of cooked intelligence
–unfunded tax cuts that created nothing but temporary employment
–completely unfunded health care reform (think back to Bush’s Medicare policies)
–complete devastation of international reputation
–global economic collapse
–bankrupt car companies
–bankrupt banks
–bankrupt insurance companies
–bankrupt airliners
–9/11 attack
–president who struggled to speak proper English (which none of you can either, but it is sad)

Obama’s presidency:

–ending the Iraq War (thank god!!!!)
–trying to draw down troop levels in Afghanistan (but Bush left him with a mess over there)
–successfully averted a Great Depression
–trying to get people to pay for their health care (unlike Bush’s health care policies)
–has open debates on national television, debates with Republican Congressman at their headquarters, talks to the media, and doesn’t start illegal wars
–trying to get people back to work, even though this is going to be expensive

I really don’t see where Republicans defend their positions. Bush, in his last year, started the precedent of enormous budget deficits. Remember TARP? Yeah, Bush was trying to show everyone just how much of a mess he had created for Obama, yet you guys don’t remember that. Bush passed 1 point something trillion dollar budget in his last year. It was a sign of times to come, so quit your whining about budget deficits and acting like Republicans are any different. Think back to Reagan, if you can. And then remember, if you are still confused, what Clinton handed Bush. Also, remember that Obama isn’t starting wars with the wrong countries. He’s trying to clean up Bush’s needless wars. You can’t fault him for that.
