Question: Where do I get a travel visa to Tanzania?
I live in Athens, GA. Is there an office, or even a website, where I can apply for a visa? I can’t find where to do it.

If you are visiting — The best way to do it is just to get your Visa as you arrive in the country. When you are coming in at the airport, you get your Visa through Customs; it takes about 30 minutes (including line wait) and costs about $ 50. This is what my parents did when they visited me in Tanzania.

If you are going to be working in Tanzania or staying longer than 2 weeks, you have to get a different kind of Visa.

The website mentions also requirements for vaccinations, and your local Health Department can help you. A general recommendation for anti-malarials is to start taking them at least 3 weeks before arrival, and 4 weeks after your return.

Question: Where is a family white water rafting adventure around Clarkesville, Georgia?
I will be staying at Apple Canyon Resort in Clarkesville, Georgia and want to take my boys (ages 9 and 10) white water rafting. Can anyone recommend a good company in there area? My current (and only) find is a place in Mountain Rest, South Carolina.

My husband was taken to a hospital 33 miles from emergency call by ground ambulance and charged 850.00. He was transferred by air 77 miles to Vegas by air ambulance for kidney stone. I am sure this was a case of fraud he was traveling and also on the job and insured, I am sure if he had no insurance he would have been treated and released like he was in Vegas. Kidney stones are com man and he had already traveled 33 miles he was not going to have a heart transplant. If so i would be happy to pay a million i smell a rat medical billing fraud not old news when it comes to air ambulance this should have been approved. He is also from Iran he would have never agreed to go if he was informed about cost. I am sure the hospital could have handled his diagnose. He was in area that had several options in nye county my Research show questionable fraud and will not pay remainder of bill for air ambulance to see insurance candy my husband was working he trains drivers for swift transportation, He was taken Advantage of and pays more than his share in taxes. He should not pick up the tab for ambulance to make a buck to recoup for uninsured patients that they had to medical evacuate. We are already paying a Fortune in insurance. This is discrimination.

I’m not sure about the legal responsibilities, but if he did indeed accept air transport to the hospital–he was awake and responsive and did not object–then he probably owes the cost, whether your or he feel it was medically necessary or not.

Kidney stones can and sometimes do have complications that only a larger hospital can treat, with urologists on staff and on call 24/7.

The internet is a terrible place to get legal advice. Consult an attorney if you want to contest those charges.

My family and I are going on a year long trip across the US, NZ, Australia, Singapore and Europe before coming back home to the UK. Does anyone know the best insurance option? Separate policies for each country or one policy to cover 12 months? Most family policies are ‘multitrip’ and these are not suitable as we are travelling continuously (and independently). Since October my husband and I decided to divorce. No paperwork has been filed due to the holidays. However, this past weekend he went into the hospital and is still there for a mass in his abdominal area (they still do not know what it is). He has no medical insurance since I cut him off mine in December and he chose not to continue it on his own. Am I (partially) responsible for these incuring medical bills?

OK so I am driving down to Mexico from California (Bay Area) and have found multiple options for Mexican car insurance, I like the idea of printing (from home) my policy online and not have to go across the border and pull over to try and find such a service. I was wondering if anybody could share their opinions on previously used sites to recommend.
