Question: Is this a good deal for a Hawaiian vacation?
I plan to go to Oahu in late May and stay for 12 days. There will be 2 adults and 1 child 8 years of age. Is $ 1,000/person for roundtrip flights from San Francisco to Oahu and hotel sound like an ok deal? I searched through Travelocity. The hotel is an average one but we don’t care. This will be our first time to Hawaii so I’m not sure the amount I should expect to spend. Any other info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like an awesome deal… just make sure its legit. Make sure what exactly IS and ISN’T included… what type of hotel it is.. how close to everything it is… lots of factors especially when booking online. I am a travel agent and I have seen people think they have found great deals online and then realize something isn’t included that they thought was.. or wasn’t in a great spot. If you have done all the research and everything looks good… I would say book it!

Question: where are the best places to get celtics tickets for next season?
I am already planning ahead for next season. I made the mistake this year of buying loge seats at full price during the preseason ticket pre-sale. This year, I plan to wait and buy better seats at cheaper prices from resellers. Does anyone have any suggestions from cheap and reputable resellers? I’m looking for loge center court seats for the major games like Spurs, Heat, Lakers, Dallas, and Suns.Thanks!

Hi. Has anyone used luxurylink.com? I want to take a vacation and read about this website. I’ve been on there a lot looking at their various packages, which seem to be all quite competitively priced. Or, does anyone have any other suggestions of who they’ve used for travel? I’m thinking of the Caribbean, Belize (for diving) or even just a luxury spa package in the states somewhere.

I am not familiar with this particular website but I always suggest getting a price quote from several sources.
Here is an idea to consider;
If you want to stay in the states & want luxury spa & accomodations, try Manderin Oriental in Miami, then head down to Key Largo ( about 1 hour drive ) for some world class diving.

Also, Grand Cayman is known for some fantastic diving walls, beautiful beaches & great hotels.

Cozumel has nice, refurbished hotels & some great diving, however some of the reefs were badly damaged by Hurricane Wilma in 2006.

There are many beautiful places to dive throughout the caribbean along with nice accomodations, it really depends on your overall budget.
