I will be out of Tokyo for 2 days but will be back to stay in Tokyo for about 5 days. On those 2 days, I will just take a messenger bag with me with clothes and toiletries enough for 2 days. I want to leave my luggage at a luggage company at the Narita Airport but want it delivered at my Tokyo hotel in time of my return. In short, it won’t be a next day delivery but after 2 days. Do they do something like this? Can I specify what date I want the luggage in my Tokyo hotel?
Also, can I use JR Pass on Narita Express at the airport?

It depends on which company you ask. But most of them do. So I think you can.

Yes, you can specify date and TIME, like 9-12, 12-14, 14-16.

Yes, you can.
It seems security problem might let agency decline your request to deliver luggage to third-party place instead of your own home such as hotel because nobody can confirm if any bomb-like danger things are put in the luggage.
You can try to ask any luggage delivery agency though. If you bring it to hotel first and ask them to keep awhile directly, it’d be much easier because they understand who you are and if necessary they check inside of it before temporary receiving.
Your JR Pass is always effective for any JR train including Narita express.
