Question: Dermatologists!? Health Insurance?!?
I’m 18. Is it true that before you turn 19 you can get really cheap health insurance?

I have no health insurance and would like to go to a dermatologist. I have this cyst, and would like it removed, whether that means antibiotics or surgical removal+a checkup,etc. Would it be cheaper if i could somehow get temporary health insurance and then cancel, instead of going and just paying?

If there are any dermatologists that i could maybe ask a few questions, could you possibly leave an email adress?

All the health insurance companies that I know of refuse to cover a condition which exists at the time of taking out the policy.
