Question: is this a fair deal? – (Vacation with a family for work)?
(keep in mind I wont be quite over 18 when we take the trip.. Just graduated.. ECT.. But I’ll be a couple months away)

I’ve gotten into the nannying/babysitting scene..

This family I do some weekend sitting for made me an offer.. (well in advance.. so I could schedule/decide)

They have a family thing in Florida they have to go to.. and they’re taking the kids.. and would like to have me come along.

Its two weeks long. . During the Summer.

They will pay My plane ticket, and hotel room. (they’re getting a two bed room hotel.. so ill have my own room.. but not own hotel room)

Amusement parks will be split.. along with food.. They pay.. I pay.. they pay.. I pay.. Type thing..

However there is no other pay on this..

And It requires me to take two weeks off work!

I do know it wont be free to take me! IT’ll cost them good money! And I’ll probably enjoy myself some.. But I’ll be alone. .no friends..

They arent expecting me to do ALL the kid watching or anything.. Just maybe a few nights so they can go to dinner.. and Lots of helping.. getting the kids ready.. Playing with them..

Part of me REALLLY wants to go.. And part of me.. thinks I’m gunna regret it.. I’d only be loosing money.. technically..

But I’d get a some-what VACA out of it..

Should I charge something? and how much?

I know allot of people get paid for this stuff! Also though, I’d be missing 2 weeks of work.. which for me comes out to about 1,000 total that I’m losing!

ECT! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.. I’m kinda stuck!

Any Negotiating IdeaS?
