Question: what brand coffee is served at las vegas resorts?

i was eating at studio cafe, and one of the buffet’s at the mgm grand. the coffee served at those spots was great! i thought it was starbucks coffee, but the waitress said it wasnt. she said she was going to give me the name of it, but we had to go before she came back. anybody have an idea what brand it was called?
