Question: Where are the vacation specials in Gatlinburg attached to timeshare presentations?
My husband and I were talking to some couples that seem to vacation on a normal basis, at least once or twice a year. I know that timeshare presentations will sometimes offer a great discount if you attend a presentation. I have toured WestGate in Florida before…and they are sold out in Gatlinburg for the dates that I am looking for. Does anyone know of any other resorts that offer a discounted vacation special if you attend their 90 minute presentation (that is rarely ever 90 minutes, lol!) If you know of some, I would appreciate a point in the right direction.

You can check out the RCI website to see which timeshare resorts are in Gatlinburg. You can call them directly and ask for their sales department. See if they have any sales promotions going on.

Remember that the presentations are designed to persuade non-buyers into buyers of timeshares. What you originally intend as a “free vacation” may turn into a very costly timeshare contract. If you’re going to buy, remember that their is a timeshare resale market.
