Question: What Happens When You Have An Accident in Maryland?
I was involved in a car accident and I had an insurance lapse. I believe I was at fault because I slid on some ice into the other lane and an Airport Shuttle bus hit me on the side. The officer did hit me with some tickets but told me not to worry about it. My car is totaled, I just want to know if I am facing any legal issues. Everyone on the shuttle bus was fine and they requested they be rushed to the airport to catch their flights. The driver however, went to the hospital.Can she press charges or am I facing any serious legal issues. Thanks

Well if you don’t have insurance, you are personally responsible to pay for for the damage to the shuttle van and any injuries to the occupants of that van. The driver isn’t going to press charges, you were already ticketed for the driving infractions and presumably, driving without insurance. You are going to have enough to worry about when the bills start coming in the mail.

I’m starting to learn about the many Mayan ruins, discover the scattered part of the country of Belize. Because this trip includes almost three weeks and my husband and our two girls in the age of nine to fourteen, I wanted to ruin a Maya in Belize stages of the route. My husband is an avid divers to the endless possibilities that diving in Belize Barrier Reef 180 miles in abundance, where enough to convince him that a vacation in Belize was the right way for our family.
