Most cruise lines are offering some great fares now. Once you can answer these then you can look for the best deal that fits your needs.
The best deal for cruising is out of the port closest to you, especially if you can drive there. Booking last minute will usually get you better prices too.
A good deal on a cruise is anything that comes out to about $ 50/per night after taxes and fees. That’s the formula I use, lol!
