Travel Insurance for a trip to Australia?
Question: Travel Insurance for a trip to Australia?
I’m planning a trip to Australia and I’ve looked at travel insurance companies via Travel-Supermarket.com but I’m not sure what the best type of insurance is best for a single female traveling for a month. And also would me taking regular medication for Psoriasis affect any policy that I may take out.

Just make sure you are covered for any problems….Especially that may have an effect on your travel schedule.
You can ask about the Psoriasis but I doubt it.
Any good travel insurance will cover your tickets, bookings, luggage and emergency medical care including hospitalisation and evacuation. You’ll have to declare your Psoriasis and you won’t be covered for any treatment for that, but you should still be able to get insurance that will cover any medical emergencies. Shop around for a good deal as there can be quite wide variations in price and cover. The travel insurance offered via a link from the Lonely Planet website is excellent and covers you for adventurous as well as more sedate activities but there are plenty of others.
