Question: House insurance quotes/subsidence issues?
My property has no current problems with subsidence, landslip or heave but does have a longstanding history of this as stated in the house report.
I have cancelled my current insurers,Swinton as i have had a lot of problems with them that have cost me extra money on top of my premium,unfortunately now i have to renew my insurance a lot of the sites i am visiting will not quote because of the problems in the past with subsidence etc.
Does anyone know where i can get insured,preferably online?
I have been in house only 1 year and am only aware of issues through house report and dont know of any possible claims on insurance through subsidence problems.

If you have had a previous subsidence claim most companys wont touch you with a 10 foot bargepole….There may be repercussions if you have cancelled your existing policy…as they are within their rights to now refuse to take you back under cover..Try a high street insurance broker, he may be able to find a company prepaired to offer cover…but is gonna cost!

I tried for 4 hours today on stupid ticketmaster and it would never even show me options of crappy seats. It just kept saying that there were no options that matched my selection…which was two seats at any price in any area…but whatever. Does anyone know how i can get tickets??

Question: Vacation for family of 4 under 00 from Toronto or Buffalo?
Hi I was wondering where a family of 4 can go for a getaway ( 4-5 nights), leaving from toronto or buffalo airport. ( or under 8-9 hr drive)
- not florida, or NYC(going later this year) – only large-ish urban centres
has to be around 500 per person or 2000 full. and include flight+hotel
would seattle be doable? or smthing like that…

I’m planning a vacation for next year and really torn between these two. I will probably eventually do both, but trying to decide which to do first.
