Barbados Naked

Welcome to my Barbados naked series. Here I will see you details of things and on the island and recommend restaurants, bars and travel, which I personally experienced or had guests tell me how much they are good. I hope you will find useful information for your journey or search of the island and would be delighted if you think you could add something to my information. Urban Transport

The bus system in Barbados is a good and the bus fleet is blue and yellow (BM disk) extends over the island on a regular basis. Car Rental

In general, drivers very polite and very conservative, they tend to comply with traffic regulations. Barbados has an excellent telecommunications system and recently has been liberalized, while cell phones will work abroad (although calls can be very expensive). The networks are Cable & Wireless, Digicel and AT & T Wireless.

The international dialing code for Barbados is +1 246 of seven digits. Once on the island simply dial the seven digits. If you want to stay in a villa, check whether the phone allows international calls, as some exclude that are raised and for which a deposit.

Internet services are available at most hotels and villas available, and a number of Internet cafes are now open. Mobile phones can be rented or a roaming feature can be your own cell phone

Time Zone

Barbados is 4 hours behind GMT and so during the winter it is four hours and five behind the UK behind the rest of Europe, and one hour before the normal time in the States. Barbados is no daylight saving time in summer, so the island is now five hours behind British Summer Time (six behind the rest of Europe) and at the same time as the U.S. east coast states.

departure tax is not paid to the airline-in desk check, for it must be included in the cost of your ticket – please confirm you check your ticket for. This fee (Passenger Service Charge) to the detriment of all passengers to leave the island (except for stays under 24 hours) and on the age of 12. The amount was increased by 1 February 2007 Bds/US.50.

CHILDREN

children are generally well received in Barbados, but some of the smarter hotels have an age restriction policy at certain times of the year, particularly in February and March. There is not an abundance of playgrounds in Barbados at the moment, but six outlets now Chefette Fast Food Kids Zone (air-conditioned Rockley) and to enable each area game slides, cars and other rides and activities and parties.
