Although travel sites like Orbitz and Expedia may seem like the best deal, they are not. Try booking directly on the airline that you would like to fly. Southwest has low-fares, so does JetBlue. Northwest Airlines has a hub in MSP, so their fares to there are going to be very good. Also, try Delta and American, they might have something for you.

I use travelocity. It’s pretty cool. There’s another site for students thats uber cheap. studentuniverse.com
or you could just google it and find some cheap places. but don’t by directly from airlines, usually they are more expensive.

I generally go through cheaptickets.com and get pretty good deals. Whatever you do, DON’T go through priceline.com!!! They suck!!!
