Question: If a parked car in Food City parking lot is hit by shopping cart who is responsible?
I’m an employee and had been at work all day, when employee heard a loud bang, shopping cart rolled off porch of store and busted rear tail light. Check cameras and saw no one, shopping cart was not in secured place,which couresty clerks are responsible for seeing that carts are secured.

unfortunately a parking lot is considered private property and no one is responisble except for you and your car . You are responisble for taking care of any damages. good luck .

Question: Traveling to Seattle WA and San Juan Islands in May. Any suggestions on sites to see and things to do?
This trip is a romantic get-away for hubby and me. What should we do in Seattle for two days? We like ethnic cuisine, seafood, culture, history and other points of interest. We will take an overnight trip to the San Juan islands. We’d like to stay at a Bed and Breakfast (1 nite and two days) and do something unique to the place. I have read about sea kayaking to site whales and bicycle tours. I have visited web sites. I’d like to hear from locals or people who travel and know of something really cool to check out, or if these trips advertised on the web are worth it. We are on a budget and would like to know about any discounts.

Pike Place Market is a great place to go there. There are many different shops that you can go to, including the Flying Fish (a seafood store where you order and they throw the fish around, hence the name). The Space Needle, obviously, is a place that you should go to, also. There is a restaurant in the top of the Space Needle that slowly revolves to give you a great view of the city and Mount Rainier.
Speaking of which, that’s another great place to go. It is really beautiful once you get to the visitor’s center. From there, you can take several different hikes around the mountain to get even better views.
There are many small islands around Puget Sound and Seattle where you can go to to sightsee. You can probably also rent a boat to take out on the water.
Once you get to the San Juan Islands, you should go to Orcas Island. My parents have a friend that lives on Orcas, and I have been there a couple of times. It is a beautiful place, and I’m running out of advice. Hope I made things easier. Have a great trip!
