Question: What’s the best thing for under eye bags besides surgery?
I have really bad bags and dark shadows under my eyes which age me alot, they seem to run in my family. Does anyone know of any good creams to get rid of them or some kind of cover up. Thanks

If it’s genetic, creams won’t get rid of it unless they lighten the pigment underneath your eye… plus they don’t work; plain and simple, save your money. Instead, make sure you aren’t making them worse by getting as much sleep as you possibly can. Sleep comes before TV shows and checking you email, so make time! And try cool compresses for ten mins, like cucumber slices, cooled tea bags and ice cubes. They can reduce swelling. Instead of caking on concealer, get a light pink or almost white illuminating pencil and just lighten things up. Instead of making it skin colored, it just bounces off light and makes you look WIDE AWAKE. Hope this helps & good luck. : )

Question: What’s a good weekend away in West Java?
My boyfriend and I live in Central Jakarta, he works full time so I don’t want to take up any of his leave days. We’d like a weekend away from Jakarta, somewhere reachable within 4 hours drive. We don’t mind satelite cities such as Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi, but prefer going a bit further away.

Here are some points of what we’re looking for:
- open nature, fresh air, unpolluted environment
- easy to find local foods
- safe and practical place to park the car, because we plan to walk long distances
- a lake or garden would be a huge plus… please specify if it would be possible to swim, or if there are other light activities we could do for bonding.

We prefer a day trip (leaving before daybreak and coming back late at night). But in case that might be too tiring, we would appreciate information on affordable accomodations, single room rates because we will be in separate rooms.

I guess that’s all. Just a weekend away without that much distractions, at a romantic and refreshing place, getting inspired to learn a myriad more about our loved one.

Question: Best Place To Ski In Utah?
Hey, I’ve been skiing before in Wisconsin, have never fell off ski’s in my life, but this weekend I’m going to Utah with my dad. We don’t know if we should go to Brighton, Deer Valley, The Canyons, or Park City Resort. Were staying in a hotel in park city, and we plan on going to more than one resort. Please help me decide which resort would be best for me. I’m a beginner/intermediate but I don’t want boring runs. I LOVE speed! Thanks!

Well, are you going to have transportation? If you’re staying in Park City, obviously that mountain is right there, and Deer Valley is right next door. Both are pretty good mountains for beginners and intermediate skiers. Deer Valley also has some pretty decent tree skiing and the best food at any ski resort I’ve ever been to.

If you will have a car and can get around, head up to Snowbird and Alta. Since you’re still developing your skills, I’d stick with Snowbird for now. Its a great mountain, lots of varied terrain, and some good intermediate runs – also, lots of chutes, gullies, trees, etc. So you’ll stay occupied.

I am looking for a website that will tell me about the best attractions to look for on my vacation to Hawaii. I don’t want to do tourist things. I want to do what locals do. Well if you don’t want to do the normal tourist stuff, you should probably stay away from the main stream sites. The smaller Hawaii forums written by local people is what you want I think.

This site is new, but I think it is what you want. You can find any random thing about Hawaii being talk about by Hawaii people. Once it gets going, this site should have a lot of stuff about Hawaii.

Ok Im considering buying travel insurance,but Im just wondering how does it work with Lost/stolen baggage…for example..Youre in a taxi and the taxi takes off with your baggage..In order to get reimbursed for what you lost must you have receipts of everything in that bag?can you get up to a certain amount without receipts?
and once you make a claim how long does it take for you to get reimbursed?does it happen while youre still on vacation?

Usually these types of policies reimburse on non specific items based on a capped rate. You have to read the policy carefully to determine coverage. (you ask a good question though)

I usually use TravelEx. They have been great to me in the past when I have needed to file a claim. Here is a link for a free quote.

Question: When making hotel reservations is your credit card charged when you make the reservation or at check in?
I’m going to a casino and made hotel reservations. Will my credit card be charged when I check in or was it charged after I made the reservation?

I have only been charged at check out time.When you call in for reservation it’s to hold your room so your sure you have one when you get there. If you decide your not going be sure to call 24 hrs. in advance or they can charge you day.You should ask all those questions before you give out your credit card #.
