I have used http://www.VRBO.com (vacation rental by owner) on several occasions and have been very satisfied with the results. I’ve rented a cabin on a lake, a villa in Puerta Vallarta, a condo in Tucson, a house in Key West, a condo on Kiawah Island and a villa in St. Lucia. The descriptions matched the reality in all cases, and I will use this site again.
