I am looking for a weekend for me and my fiance. I do not really like the use of Orbitz or any of these sites, so I do not know if there is another place for a cheap package holiday to Ireland. Any help would be great merciRéponse

Hi I spend a lot of time in Ireland and there is a cheaper way to go. You can go to allthingsshannon.com/shannoncentral/ there is a nice low cost B&Bs and the beauty of them is I know the owners.
Now the best flight to Ireland can be found in May, Sept, and Oct. It is still warm. American Airlines is the least hassle. And flys direct or you can stop in Chicago or Philly what I liike about these two stops no long layovers.
Now it depends on where you are going in Ireland Clare county my personal favorite. Fly into Shannon and stay in Lahinch or Doolin near the beach and a lot of sites.
Or Fly into Dublin
Aer Lingus gets great rates if you live in Chicago or LA.
Delta tooo long layovers.
Ireland is easy to manuever around. Like County Cork and Kerry is very scenic along with Clare.
In County Offaly in Tullamore an hour from Dublin is Charleville castle very beautiful. If you like hiking or walking there is a lot of companies you can hook up with once you get their the B&Bs are good at telling you about the local sites.
Seacrest on Miltown Malbay or Trildoon in Doolin B&bS
Dont fly into London the small flights over to Ireland kill you with the baggage charges and weight.
