Question: Are there any notebook computer backpacks available that are large enough to accomode a fair amount of luggage?
Airlines with single bag carry-on restriction also generally allow one to bring their notebook computer in the portfolio style cases- Fine, but still it is another item to lug around. I am trying to consolidate things into a single padded backpack which can accomodate both computer and some general luggage. Have been through shopping malls and places like Best Buy. Lots of nice packs but after the computer, manual and some file folders are in they are packed full. Who makes a larger bag?

How much do companies usually offer for a standard expense account in this type of profession monthly and how does the company expect you to use the account, and do they give you a company credit card? one with a with a limit? If they are telling him his expenses will be paid, they probably expect him to front the expenses, submit the report then reimburse. Some companies issue credit cards, but the employee is usually responsible for paying it from funds reimbursed by the company after the fact. In that case you want to make sure they reimburse him in a timely manner so he isn’t dinged for late charges on the credit card.
