Originally, automotive art, either advertising or design sketches in the offices of major car manufacturer was created. Lima, Peru is home to Santiago Dancourt though he live for thirty years in the Caribbean. Born in Lima in 1953 he began his artistic career full time in 1996. He works in acrylic on either canvas or watercolor paper. Its primary theme is Latino and American Formula One driver.
Maurizio Corbi is from Sermoneta, Italy. He was born in 1960 and developed an early interest in cars and drawing. In the early eighties began Maurizio entering design competitions, and was employed by an aerospace company. But his true love of cars was so in 1987, after contact with the Italian design firms, began working with Corbi Bertone. At the same time he began illustrated with vintage markers. He has his works in Milan, Turin and Genoa, Italy issued, Curitiba, Brazil, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Mexico City.
Saleel Pathare is a computer engineer in India. But in the late 80s he began painting and drawing vehicles. He works both on paper and canvas art with acrylic paints. His specialty is motor racing cars.
Although Olaf Robrecht was born in Germany, he has lived in Canada for the past eight years. He had already begun his own art studio and was employed by reputable companies before he received his degrees in art and design and illustration. In 1995 he was employed on the editorial staff of an international art magazine and in 2003 he was promoted to Editorial Director. During the late 90s, Olaf worked primarily on the computer and his work received international recognition. Then in 2005 he started with acrylic paints on canvas. Most of his paintings are charged with car owners all over the world. All of these internationally known artists are involved in a pioneering work that before the 80 years did not exist, but is now important in art.
