November Exhibition Pleiades Gallery of the Juilliard School – 50% of all art sales go to Juilliard David Tobey

As of 2 held November, a solo exhibition titled Art from a former student of the Juilliard, violinist, painter, sculptor and professor David Tobey Museum is the Pleiades, 530 West 25th Street in Chelsea District of New York art. A full 50% of all proceeds from the sale of a Tobey paintings, sculptures and prints on display will benefit from the Juilliard School. Two receptions for the opening of the exhibition will be on the 4th Floor Gallery on Thursday night instead of the fourth to September 6th and Saturday afternoon Clock November from November 3 to 6 June from both parties have refreshments and live music programs, and the public is invited.

Tobey is the son of Rosalyn Tobey, a concert pianist and painter noted late illustrator Alton Tobey and history. In his youth, David studied music and art – at the Art Students League in New York and at the Music Conservatory of Westchester in White Plains, NY, respectively. In music, he completed his undergraduate degree at the Juilliard School and his master at the College of New Rochelle, where he lives and teaches art and music.

In 1951, its Dance Division was established, with combined training in contemporary ballet and art. Juilliard is part of the Lincoln Center in 1968 and has a theater program for four years. A living room – the school, the first – in 1990 and 2001 was completed, Juilliard broke new ground with the addition of its jazz program, started a graduate program in historical performance practice in the fall of 2009, the same year Juilliard its partnership with the Metropolitan Opera Lindemann Development Program Young artists inaugurated.
