2010 program of the award ceremony was the first of its kind, and more than 100 entries were received for 12 categories. The categories were created to reward and recognize innovation and excellence in the U.S. beverage industry. A panel of industry experts met to the finalists on 21 Select September, two days before they were selected winners announced.
