Question: If you knew a produce department from a world wide chain has caused its workers to develope contact dermatits?
what would you do with the information? It’s very common among the workers and is actually an issue with thier insurance group. Knowing their contact with the produce causes this condition, would you not be worried about its effects on your own health?

If you’re in the US, you can report it to OSHA(Occupational Safety & Health Administration). You can file a complaint here – http://www.osha.gov/as/opa/worker/index.html

Osha also has an international site, but I’m not sure how recognized it is in other countries. http://www.osha.gov/international/index.html

If you have documentation from the insurance group saying it’s work related, that can also be used with OSHA. You can also file claims under workers comp for claim payments not covered by the insurance company if they determine it’s work related.
