There is a Royal Travel Ltd registered to a Manchester address (see Companies House link)

but googling the company in google uk only brings up a Slough address, which has no company registration number – and nothing comes up for a London or Cheshire address.
In addition, Donaldsonville is not a British name.
I would be very wary of this. A good agent would have a website with company registration details and details of all their offices.
I think you have a good right to feel doubtful in this case. Don’t hand over your money unless you’re 100% sure of these people.
And I’ve never heard of paying a travel agent for a work permit.
