Ok this is my question. I have someone who is in jail. I wanted to send him a envelope with a printed picture on it. The picture has 3 ballons of hearts on it with another heart saying I love you on it. WIl I be able to send it to him. He is in Travis County Jail. Going to Del Valle Jail please help
I am going to be the one mailing it to the mail box. I need to know before I send it off. And does this go for all jails or some jails?
This is letter I put it into the printer and then it print out the picture on the envelope.
The picture will be on the back of the envelope

Yes, you can send it to him. There is no reason why he would not be allowed to receive it (as long as the post office delivers it), and he should be allowed to keep it, too.

I am asking this question again because I need more information with someone who knows more about it.
My question is that will they let you send it on the back of envelope? I know you can send pictures in the letter

I would assume he would get it. Since it’s a county jail they probably don’t have such severe restrictions on mail as you’d find in an actual prison. Still, expect that whatever you send will be read by at least one person who isn’t who you sent it to. The envelope also will probably be checked out.
As long as you’re not attempting to send him any contraband I don’t see why he wouldn’t get it.
