I have loose fibreglass insulation and the electrician has pushed all the insultion out of the way in my loft, exposint the “tops” of the low voltage lights, i am now adding additional rolls of insulation and want to know is it ok to cover these fittigs over or do i need to cit and opening to leave them exposed?
