Question: Can the captain of a cuise ship marry me?
I was just wondering. My mom, fiance and I are planning a cruise to Italy in November on a major corporate cruise line. My mom said we could get married on the ship, but I don’t think we can. It would be ridiculous to try to plan, plus, I don’t think captains can preform weddings anymore. Is it just a “days-of-yore” thing or am i wrong?

There is usually a pastor/priest/chaplains on large ships like cruise ships, they probably have a church service onsundays, but not all pastors are qualified celebrants etc so you’d have to find out
